For help, parents, guardians, and educators can open a GitHub issue or browse existing reports. Include the app version, device model, iOS/iPadOS version, and steps to reproduce the problem.
Issues are public and posting requires a GitHub account. Do not share children's names or other personal information.
Quick help
- Offline: all practice features work without an account or internet connection; iOS/iPadOS 17+ is required.
- Progress: completed rounds save automatically. Keep saves resolved partial progress; Drop skips History but retains incorrect questions in Review; Resume continues the current round. Terminated rounds cannot resume.
- Review: queued questions appear when due, not all at once.
- Troubleshooting: reopen the app, restart the device, or check for updates. Avoid deleting the app unless you intend to remove local progress.
- Data: no in-app sync or export/import. Delete App removes local data; Offload App preserves it. Apple device backups are managed separately.
