Legal and open-source notices¶
FlockFlow includes open-source software and preserves the notices required by its dependencies and bundled model artifact. The shipping app makes the complete notices available under Settings → Privacy & Legal.
Application license¶
FlockFlow's application source is distributed under the Apache License 2.0.

The tracking sample attribution applies to work copyright © 2022 KazuhitoTakahashi. Model-specific notices are bundled with each verified FlockFlow release artifact.
The referenced Python projects and their dependencies are not linked into the iPhone app. FlockFlow contains a native Swift implementation and retains attribution for the behavior adapted from those references.
Trademarks and content rights¶
Project licensing does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, field recordings, datasets, or independently produced model artifacts. Only use videos and other content that you own or are authorized to process.
The bundled FlockFlow example sheep video was personally recorded by and is owned by the FlockFlow developer. All rights to that footage are reserved; it is included for in-app demonstration and App Review.
Warranty¶
FlockFlow is provided under the warranty and liability terms in its applicable license. Automated counts should be reviewed before they are used for critical livestock records or operational decisions.
